Petri Haavisto

Petri Haavisto (born 1984) is a visual artist from Pori, Finland.

I mostly make sculptures of different materials, but I also do performances. I have held exhibitions in Finland, Latvia, the Netherlands and Portugal. I am deeply influenced by nature, where I love to spend my time, and even to lose my sense of time. My sculptures are often nature themed. Currently my work is inspired by images of the last moments of the earth, and of the merciless sea.
